Our enterprise opportunities: include facilitating people to attend Hi-Five – this is a service we currently offer some of the people who live with us at Ryan QC Homes, to have varied and meaningful opportunities to build on their life skills, enhance their social experiences & promote their independence. Some of these sessions are now led by the vulnerable adults we support with minimal input from staff.

We have also assisted people within our service to gain recognised & relevant qualifications at their local College. We have been instrumental in securing supported employment in local companies like Morrisons, Tesco’s & local catering agencies, voluntary work at places like The British Heart Foundation; NGH Patient Radio; Ushers @ Derngate theatre; Save the Children shops; Tools Alliance; Childcare Assistant.

Ryan’s is an exciting new venture opening August 2020 – Our brand new Coffee House, open to the public to include an Information Centre within where vulnerable adults can learn more about their rights, accommodation choices, benefit entitlements and funding options. This Coffee House will afford some of the people we support the opportunity to gain meaningful supported employment within their local community.
